Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will apply and will be added at checkout. We offer discounts and promotions all year round, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders are managed in real time. In case of Prime shipments you will receive your item within 24/48 working hours, for all other orders around 6/7 days on average. Deliveries abroad can take from 7 to 30 days but if you ship with Prime your item will be delivered within a few days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What couriers do you use?

We use all major couriers and local partner couriers. BRT, POSTEITALIANE, SEUR, GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, CORREOS, DACHSER, CORREOS EXPRESS and many others.

Can I return my product?

We always try to make sure our customers love our items, but if you need to return a product you bought directly on our site, we're happy to help. Email us directly and we will guide you through the returns process.
