Details: The New Civil Process after the Cartabia Reform: Legislative Decree 10 October 2022, n. 149, issued in compliance with the enabling law of 26 November 2021, n. 206 (so-called Cartabia Reform), regulates the changes necessary to achieve the efficiency of the civil process and to encourage the use of alternative dispute resolution tools.
